Shipping Charges:  FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS TOTALING OVER $150, SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. (Additional shipping charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: We will advise you of shipping charges, for your approval, prior to processing your order.)

International Shipments:  Are exempt from free shipping and we will advise you of shipping charges for your approval prior to processing your order.

Shipping cost can be obtained by using the above shipping chart. Additionally, you will see your total shipping cost when you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.

General Shipping Information:

  • We ship every order as quickly as possible.
  • We ship within the Continental U.S.. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Most orders are shipped between 24 - 72 hours after being received.
  • If an item is back ordered or not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as possible.
  • The Better Back Store will ship your items via USPS, UPS Ground or Fed-X Ground, unless specified otherwise.
  • Orders for items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer usually take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If an item will take longer than two weeks, we will notify you by email with a more accurate delivery estimate.
  • Special order items usually take longer. We will notify you by email with the approximate shipping schedule.
  • If you have placed an order and want to check its status fill out the contact us form below and we will get right back to you.
  • Orders are generally shipped with Signature Required - unless signature is waived at the time of order.

If an item is being shipped via truck the shipping charge will be clearly marked on the product description page. If your order is delivered to a remote or hard-to-reach location, there may be additional charges as determined by the freight company. Always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing and contact us at 727-848-BACK(2225) or toll free 800-936-3665.

Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways. In addition, due to costs involved, items that are shipped via Truck will be charged a restocking fee if refused.

Expedited Delivery:
Many items are available for expedited delivery. If you need an item the next day, please contact us by phone at 727-848-BACK(2225) or 800-936-3665 to make arrangements. We will do our best to accomplish this for you.
